Il comprend le r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage des \u00e9nergies yin (f\u00e9minin, froid) et yang (masculin, chaud), les exercices d&#8217;enracinement (position de l&#8217;arbre&#8230;), les automassages, les visualisations&#8230; Les Chinois placent la conscience dans le &#8220;dan tian&#8221;, le centre de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie situ\u00e9 sous le nombril. Il est li\u00e9 \u00e0 notre &#8220;deuxi\u00e8me cerveau&#8221;, le syst\u00e8me nerveux de l&#8217;intestin, qui joue un r\u00f4le important dans la r\u00e9gulation de neurom\u00e9diateurs (dopamine, s\u00e9rotonine&#8230;) agissant sur l&#8217;humeur. Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance, on ressent moins de fatigue, on retrouve vitalit\u00e9 et joie de vivre.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>\u25c9 <\/em><\/span>Assouplissement et soulagement des articulations<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\">Travail sur l&#8217;enracinement dans le sol, verticalit\u00e9 entre la terre et le ciel, rel\u00e2chement du bassin et des \u00e9paules, ouverture de la poitrine et du plexus. Le qi gong aide \u00e0 \u00eatre davantage conscient de sa posture. Il d\u00e9lie les articulations et renforce les muscles. Ce qui diminue les douleurs dorsales et articulaires, am\u00e9liore l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre et r\u00e9duit le risque de chute chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>\u25c9 <\/em><\/span>R\u00e9gulation de\u00a0 l&#8217;hypertension<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\">Plusieurs \u00e9tudes chinoises ont montr\u00e9 qu&#8217;une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9guler l&#8217;hypertension et les angoisses se manifestant dans la poitrine.La relaxation due aux postures et \u00e0 la respiration lente et profonde stimule le syst\u00e8me parasympathique, dilate les vaisseaux sanguins et calme le jeu.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\">Certains exercices, sp\u00e9cifiquement destin\u00e9s aux femmes, sont utiles dans des p\u00e9riodes sensibles comme la m\u00e9nopause. Ils visent \u00e0 mobiliser le bassin et ses organes, et \u00e0 r\u00e9guler le syst\u00e8me endocrinien (hormonal). Le sang et l&#8217;\u00e9nergie qui stagnent au niveau du bassin circulent \u00e0 nouveau, ce qui donne plus de fluidit\u00e9. En cas de bouff\u00e9es de chaleur, on corrige l&#8217;exc\u00e8s de yang et le manque de yin par des exercices adapt\u00e9s, souvent combin\u00e9s \u00e0 la phytoth\u00e9rapie.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>\u25c9 <\/em><\/span>Stimulation des d\u00e9fenses immunitaires<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\">Les personnes pratiquant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ont moins de rhumes, d&#8217;infections respiratoires, d&#8217;allergies. Leur corps s&#8217;adapte mieux aux situations d\u00e9stabilisantes et \u00e0 l&#8217;inflammation. Cela pourrait \u00eatre le cas chez des patients atteints de maladies auto-immunes chroniques.
